Delivery and pick-up

Once you make an order and the products available, we will contact you to arrange pick-up or delivery. If delivery cannot be made at the arranged time, for example if you are not home, additional delivery fees will apply for a second delivery. If you have arranged to pick up your goods, we would appreciate it if these goods are collected within 7 days.

Changed your mind?

No worries, there’s 14 days to return your purchase! It’s okay to change your mind. That’s why we’ve made it easy to return products! Simply return your purchase in an unopened and re-saleable condition to our store within 14 days of purchase and exchange it for another item or a refund.

 

How do I return my purchase?

Simply return the purchase to Anka Furniture store or call us to arrange to pick-up the purchase from your home (pick-up and re-delivery fees apply).

When returning your purchase please bring along your proof of purchase including the receipt.

How do refunds work?

We will refund the price you paid for the items via the same method used for the original payment.

Are there any exclusions?

The item has to be unopened and without any damage. We don’t offer change of mind returns on Mattresses. Discounted item and items sold as-is are also not eligible for a change of mind return, please choose carefully when purchasing ex-floor stock and marked down products.

Anka Furniture Quality Warranty

All Anka Furniture products come with the Anka Furniture Quality Warranty so you can shop with complete peace
of mind.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with warranties that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

What is the Anka Furniture Quality Warranty?

Anka Furniture will repair or replace any product with a manufacturing or materials fault for the duration of the Quality Warranty period. The Anka Quality Warranty only applies to products that are used for normal domestic purposes and excludes products used for commercial purposes. The Quality Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

What is the Anka Quality Warranty period?

The duration of the Anka Quality Warranty is different for different product. Each period starts from the date of purchase. Refer to the Anka Quality Warranties on specific products.

Exclusions

The Quality Warranty does not apply to:

Normal wear and tear, including pilling, fading, loss or deterioration (of the whole of the product or its components);

Damage caused by improper use, cleaning, negligence, treatment, transportation, storage of the products or otherwise caused by your acts and/ or omissions;

Damaged caused through any modifications, alterations, improper assembly, tampering or products used in an abnormal manner and not for the products intended purposes;

Damage caused by exposing the products to the sun, wet, extreme heat or cold, or chemicals/agents that are known to damage the finish of the product;

Body impressions on mattresses, sofas and chairs where the indentation is less than 40mm;

Defects in products that are sold “As Is” which have been brought to your attention.

How do I claim?

If you believe that your product is defective, you can make a claim by contacting Anka Furniture store. You will need to provide proof of purchase, normally your receipt, as part of your claim.

Transportation costs

For the duration of the Quality Warranty

Anka Furniture will not charge you any transportation fees for pick up or drop off should the product be deemed to fail under the Quality Warranty.
